About Sparkle City Car Wash

Sparkle City Car Wash is one of the car washes listed in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The business is registered at 664 Chesnee Hwy, Spartanburg, SC 29303; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

In Spartanburg, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across South Carolina, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. You can reach Sparkle City Car Wash at (864) 542-2500; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is sparkle-wash-spartanburg.edan.io, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 199 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Spartanburg is in South Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Spartanburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great carwash. The equipment is almost always working as it should work. The different car washing products are always available. This is the only self wash car wash that i know of that has heated soap and wax. I cant say for certain but i believe they actually use a water filter, because the water doesnt leave spots, unlike other self washes.

I've been going here since I was a child. As crazy as it may sound, I loved going. I knew I would get to have snacks and drinks while my mom did laundry. The last few times I went it needed some TLC but the dryers work great. Be careful to not get burned by the metal buttons on your jeans! 👍

Warning: The Change Machine does not work here and the machines will take your money, if you do not have the exact amount for your Car Wash, as well. I was left with a soapy car with no way of rinsing it, because I did not have the exact change in quarters and the Change Machine would not work for anyone there, so, this usually easy task ended up turning into a complete nightmare for me and it was absolutely a waste of my truly precious money and of my super valuable time, too.
